Direct Factory Procurement

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive quality audit at our Zhengzhou inspection center. Mechanical systems, high-voltage battery, paint and body panel alignment, trim, electronics, and all documentation are checked and photographed. You receive the full report before loading.

Export Documentation Management

Our in-house documentation team handles every certificate and form: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Pre-Shipment Inspection Report, and destination-specific homologation or compliance papers. Destination requirements and clearance times should be confirmed with your customs broker.

International Freight & Logistics

We operate established Ro-Ro and container shipping lanes from Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other major Chinese ports to 30+ global destinations. Shipping terms and insurance coverage are specified in the quotation and contract. Full shipment tracking is provided from loading to discharge.

After-Sales & Technical Support

Our relationship doesn't end at the port. We provide complete technical documentation packages, spare parts sourcing guidance, OTA update coordination, and manufacturer warranty support. Our team remains reachable throughout the vehicle's service life.
